If you change your mind about the product(s) you’ve bought, we will refund or exchange your purchase within 28 days, as long as the item is unused, in fully saleable condition and in its original packaging. You should notify us within 14 days of receipt (preferably in writing) and return the product within 28 days of receipt.

We are unable to pay the cost of returning an item to us and will deduct any return delivery charge from your refund. Alternatively, you can return the item to our store.
When we receive the returned item provided it is in saleable condition we will refund the purchase price, minus the return delivery cost, to your credt/debit card or via Paypal – whichever you used to pay for your purchase. If we find the item has been damaged or used we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the retail value.
Returning a damaged or defective item
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours to let us know. The damaged or faulty product should be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please ensure it is packed in its original packaging. On return of the item we will arrange a full refund or a replacement as you prefer. If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the delivery and collection costs.
