Returning an unwanted item
If you change your mind about anything you’ve bought, we will refund or exchange your purchase within 28 days, as long as the item is unused, in fully saleable condition and in its original packaging.
Please phone us on 01620 880278 or email email@example.com to let us know that it is being returned.
We are unable to pay the cost of returning an item to us and will deduct any return delivery charge from your refund. Alternatively you can return the item to our store.
When we receive the returned item provided it is in saleable condition we will refund the purchase price, minus the return delivery cost, to the card or via Paypal – whichever you used to pay for your purchase. If we find the item has been damaged or used we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the retail value.
Returning a damaged or defective item
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days to let us know.
Please ensure it is packed in its original packaging. On return of the item we will arrange for you to have a full refund or a replacement as you prefer. We will cover the delivery and collection costs.
Exchanging a product
If you wish to exchange a product for another item, for example a different size or model, provided it is undamaged and in fully saleable condition, if you arrange for it to be returned to us within 28 days, we will exchange it.
If the replacement item costs more you will be charged the difference.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us and you will be charged for delivery of the replacement items.
